Reston Town Center Condo Sales - Location, Location, Location!!

With the best location in Reston, the condos at Reston Town Center are nearby to 267, 66, and 495, not to mention any store and/or restaurant you could want to frequent, I wanted to take a look at how their sales have been this year. So far the big sellers (units sold in parenthesis): Northgate (7), Stratford (7), Parc Reston (6), Savoy (6), Market St at Town Center (4), Bentana Park (4), Lincoln Park (3), Carlton House (3), and EdgeWater at Town Center (3).
For 1 bed, 1 bath condos:
Average NET Sales Price: $211,822
Average DOM: 90
For 2 bed, 2 bath condos:
Average NET Sales Price: $347,918
Average DOM: 76
