[...] The recent rental conversion to condominium, EastView (and WestView) at Ballston Metro, should’ve been left as an apartment building. There was a handle missing on the front foyer door, the Sales people were nowhere to be found and I haven’t started talking about the actual unit yet! When my client and I finally found the sales girl, she showed us 1 2 bed, 2 bath unit and that was all it took for me to turn on my heels and get out of there!! The conversion was not done well! Immediately upon walking in, you’re faced with a large, thick wall separating the living room from one of the bedrooms - not the most warming entrance to your home. Their marketing scheme is great; their advertisements make the EastView look like the place you want to live, however, I would MUCH rather live across the street at the Berkeley Condominium. For more details on this condo and my other top 2, visit my top 3 Ballston Condo rankings. [...]
