There is a lot of buzz about the great “1021″ of Arlington….an exciting newish condo building in the heart of Clarendon (Arlington, VA). Im excited to report I was ALL over that building today. I’m glad to finally be in the know…..
I toured the lobby and mail stop areas, the lounge and both main entrances. I signed out the keys to 3 different units that met my customers criteria and we proceeded to the pool, which was everything one would hope to find on a hip roof top condo building in Arlington, Virginia. Then we looked at all 3 of our choice units…as a matter of fact I think we may be close to an offer on one of them…
I find the vibe of the building to be quite friendly and the units I toured equipped with modern with updated kitchens and bathrooms. Anyone who lives there is certain to be proud of their surroundings. In addition there are several Realtors I happen to know live in this building and one of them has commented on how much he enjoys living there. This testimonial is quite beleivable after being there today. The building is situated at 1021 Garfield St, Arlington, VA close to shops and stores and fitness centers most people would frequently on a regular basis. The Clarendon metro station (the orange line) is one block away.

Its that time of year again where the summer starts to fade along with the vibrant green of the leaves. the days start to get shorter and the nights longer and most importantly the obligatory trip to the pumpkin patch for some warm apple cider and hay rides. and of course the perfect family photo ops! Hopefully youll get to enjoy the same in your neck of the woods or come to ours in Ashburn Virginia’s Pumpkinville.

With another first time buyer….
After a weekend of counter offer leading to counter offer it is final today…. we ratified…I have a soon-to-be satisfied first time buyer who just tonight came to my office to finalize the signatures on a great condo here in Reston, Virginia. We are expected to settle in less than 30 days, just in time for Thanksgiving in their new home.
I’m particularly proud of this customer since, like my other first time buyer this past weekend, this customer has taken the time to understand the market and review all their options (without beating down the door of every single available unit) they paid close attention to what they wanted and looked for it. They focused on their ”Location-Location-Location” and then we scoured the market within those parameters. They were realistic on the offer and knew what to expect for a counter offer and are now soon to be proud new homeowners.
It’s weeks like this that I love my job! Keep those referrals and first time buyers headed my way!!!!!!!!

My wife decided we needed to get out for a night out on the town so we decided a few weeks ago to take advantage of our friends Maroon 5 tickets (they couldn’t go so we bought their tickets). Last night we hired a babysitter and took the town by storm…
To start, we enjoyed some good conversation on the car ride in. We went to Zatinya for appetizers where we enjoyed hummus and a cool house special, apples/raspberry ‘balls’ (I wasn’t quite clear what they were but they tasted pretty darn good) both washed down by cranberry and soda drinks…Afterwards we walked over to the Verizon Center and found our way to our seats. Surrounded by mostly 18-24 year old girls with Adam Levine envy, my wife and I sat back and enjoyed the show. We left a few minutes before their closing act completely satisfied by a great night out… Below are pictures I took with My iPhone. I was surprised when Adam asked everyone to hold up their cell phones for the light..I guess what was once a lighter everyone had in their pocket has now been replaced with cell phones…amazing the times!
