There is so much to be aware of when buying real estate.  To do due diligence in the process of selecting your representation you must first be certain that who you choose is a trained professional. The Northern Virginia Association of Realtors membership differentiates an agent from a Realtor.  The strict curriculum and training pre requisites make certain those who attain membership are well suited for helping the clients and customers who walk through their door. Be certain your Agent is actually a Realtor!
